His portfolio includes public and private swimming pools, aquatic centres, water features, splash parks, and waterparks, from concept and engineering through construction, commissioning, and operations. He holds an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability, is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO), and has advanced certifications in aquatic risk management, recreational water safety, facility audits, and aquatic play features. Wissam has delivered landmark projects including Yas Island, New Doha International Airport, The Pearl Qatar, Al Majaz Waterfront, Dubai Sail Fountain, Cairo Festival City, Princess Noura University, and other major developments across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Egypt. Based in the UAE for more than three decades, he has led luxury residential, hospitality, public, and mixed-use developments, providing technical expertise, strategic guidance, and independent project oversight from concept to completion.
